What is EasyGo?
EasyGo is a service package offered to all our exhibitors. All EasyGo packages include marketing and lead generation tools to reach and engage your community before, during, and after the exhibition. This includes invitation services, our unique lead capture tools (Smart Badge Reader and Visit Connect), and easy post-event follow-up.
No technical expertise is required on your part, and we have a full team supporting you every step of the way.
What does EasyGo and Smart Badge technology mean for exhibitors?
As part of your EasyGo package you will receive 1, 2 or 3 Smart Badge readers depending on which EasyGo package you choose to purchase.
The Smart Badge technology requires no physical contact and guarantees a 100% secure event experience. In your MyEasyfairs account you will then be able to upload content for each assigned reader.
How does the smart badge technology share exhibitor information with visitors?
At the end of the event day, visitors who have tapped your reader will receive a visitor summary via email.
How does the smart badge technology share visitor information with exhibitors?
As an exhibitor, you will also receive all the leads collected from your reader at the end of the event. You can easily download the lead export from your My Easyfairs account.

Smart Badge
Convert your visitors into qualified leads
We place your reader in your booth for the first day of the fair, you make sure that it is visible to visitors. With this reader you can turn your visitors into qualified leads. The reader is a wireless sensor and when visitors tap the reader with their Smart Badge (nameplate), they automatically collect the information about your company that you have posted on My Easyfairs.
This information is sent to visitors in a summary email at the end of the fair day.
If you have a GoLeads, GoPlus or GoPremium, you will receive a list of contact details for those who tapped your reader. You can find the list in My Easyfairs after the fair.
Visit Connect
Collect warm leads
With Visit Connect, you can scan information about the visitors at your stand simply by scanning the QR code on their Smart Badges (name tags). This makes your post-event follow-up easier and ensures that you don’t lose important business cards or contact details. Approximately 1–2 weeks before the event, you will receive more information about this.

You can find all visitors who have touched your reader in My Easyfairs the day after the fair under “View Results” and “Download Leads”.

The Smart Badges you scanned using the Visit Connect app are available both in the app and on your Visit Connect portal. The contact person for the fair has the login details.

Frequently asked questions
What is My Easyfair's exhibitor portal?
The majority of visitors plan their visit through our website. What is entered in My Easyfairs is what appears in our exhibitor list on the website. Here you can showcase your company, products, news, and job openings. During the fair, you will have a SmartBadge reader at your booth that visitors can scan with their SmartBadges (name badges). When they scan your reader, they will receive the information you have uploaded via My Easyfairs sent to them by email.
Log in to My Easyfairs
When your company’s booth was booked, the person who made the booking received an email from “My Easyfairs” with a link to the system, asking them to confirm their email address and choose a password. The email address is the username, and the chosen password becomes the password. If you forget your password, select “Forgot password” and follow the instructions. In some cases, if you experience issues, switching your browser and trying again may help.
With My Easyfairs you can also:

• Register booth staff
• Create logins for your colleagues so they can also edit information in My Easyfairs
• See which EasyGo package you have booked
