I’ve had the privilege of eating a lot of good food. But something I often long for is a breakfast burrito I used to eat in Arizona or the grilled lamb from John’s Place in Varberg.
What a difficult question! If I had to choose, it would probably be food associated with travel memories, like a classic fish and chips wrapped in paper sitting on the beach in Australia.

At The Place in Gothenburg when I first got to try gratinated goat cheese with honey and Russian caviar on a buttered slice of bread, with a Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley.
