It has now been confirmed who will be this year’s speakers at FFCR Stockholm on January 28–29, 2026. This year’s program brings together some of the industry’s most influential profiles for two days of in-depth discussions and practical insights. The stage concept highlights the strategies, drivers, and future trends shaping the restaurant businesses of tomorrow. Visitors will gain access to expert knowledge, inspiration, and concrete solutions to strengthen kitchens, teams, and overall business performance.
This year’s live kitchen will be held under the concept Menu Reinvented, focusing on the factors that drive long-term success in the restaurant industry. The program explores themes of motivation, passion, and success, addressing the key question: what truly makes a restaurant succeed? On January 28–29, industry experts will gather at Kistamässan to present current insights and practical solutions for the future of professional kitchens.
This year’s moderator is Marion Ringborg – a well-known chef and culinary creator who runs Studio Marion, where she combines food, art, interior design, and lifestyle into a unique concept. With her experience and a clear voice in industry development, she will lead the conversations on stage.
In the live kitchen, she will be joined by speakers such as Nils Molinder, one of Sweden’s leading experts in fish and seafood, and MasterChef winner Linnea Jarnrot. The program also features Emelie Svensson, sommelier and owner of Restaurant Agnes, and Tea Malmegård, an award-winning pastry chef and restaurateur behind DoMa. Also present is Lennart Wallander, one of the industry’s most prominent trend analysts, who will share his perspectives on the development of gastronomy and trends for 2026.
This year’s stage program also includes talks on the fundamentals of matcha production, a presentation of this year’s street food, and an awards ceremony where “Game Restaurant of the Year” and “Game Municipality of the Year” will be announced by the Swedish Game Food Academy.
